Job Description:
- Provide input to the solution design decisions and help to validate the use of best practices or alternate recommendations
- Help the customer with learning the transactional process steps and best use of solution functionality
- Configure the solution to support in scope business processes
- Write functional specs for key technical development objects
- Provide support for testing and defect remediation
- Provide input to reporting requirements
- Work collaboratively with other consulting resources
- Adhere to scope change management and issue resolution processes
Pre-Defined Deliverables:
- Solution configuration documentation, where needed
- Provide advice, guidance, and troubleshooting insight for the solution
- All deliverables will be approved by the end customer project manager
