Position General Duties and Tasks:

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Expertise:
Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.

  • Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid) to achieve project goals.
  • Define project scope, establish clear goals and deliverables, and manage project risks effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and maintain adherence to quality standards.
Technical and Functional Knowledge:
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking and management.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and EC Payroll.
  • Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HRIS or existing company systems, with a deep understanding of the SAP ecosystem.
  • Develop and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data quality and accuracy throughout the implementation process.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills:
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including technical teams, HR leaders, and executives, ensuring alignment and understanding.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through effective engagement and relationship-building.
  • Resolve conflicts through negotiation and maintain a collaborative project environment.
  • Drive user adoption of new systems and processes by applying change management principles.

Other Requirements:
  • Demonstrate adaptability and flexibility in response to evolving project requirements and challenges.
  • Preferably located in or willing to relocate to Princeton to collaborate closely with the majority of project members.
  • Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous but not mandatory.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8+ years of proven project management experience, with a strong focus on managing end-to-end projects, particularly in HRIS or cloud-based software implementations.
  • Minimum 8+ years experience in SAP HR or Payroll systems, preferably with a focus on SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner).
  • Experience managing large-scale HRIS implementations in a global enterprise environment.
  • Insurance industry experience
