Job Description
This role will be a part of the team that designs, configures, and implements a diverse portfolio of applications. We are looking for an experienced and talented Scrum Master for our Global HCM Solution Delivery Team.

Responsibilities

• As a Scrum Master, you will guide and support an agile release train (ART) across many scrum teams that support the global implementation of Workday.
• You will lead and facilitate team level ceremonies that support the delivery of epics.
• Your core responsibilities will be enabling teams as a true servant leader to ensure that goals are met by the teams and the ART.
• You will improve ART performance by identifying resolution of program impediments and being a change agent with continuous improvement.
• You will foster an environment where the team can be effective, addressing any team dynamics.
• You will collaborate with multiple partners across the ART, work across other areas within IT and with our HR business partners.
