Job Description:
- Position is responsible for performing complex accounting and financial analysis assignments for the System.
- Contributes to the accuracy of financial statements and develops impactful analytics.
- Recommends changes in accounting systems and procedures.
- Approves reconciliations, provides guidance and training to accounting staff, and supports hospital financial management and administration.
Experience / Knowledge / Skills:
- Five (5) to seven (7) years of accounting work experience
- Advanced financial accounting knowledge and experience required
- Skills must include analytical capabilities sufficient for providing and interpreting variance analysis
- Experience retrieving data from ERP system and Business Intelligence software
- Advanced level Excel skills to include pivot tables, vlookup and macros, etc.
- Effective oral and written communication skills
