Job Description
Our client requires Desktop Support staff to maintain a working knowledge of our internal computer system. The technician will be in charge of repairing and maintaining thousands of desktops, laptops and other PC devices.  They will also be installing new PC's and laptops to replace end of life cycle equipment. The technician will be doing those tasks while maintaining inventory and properly disposing of out dated equipment by recycling those items per policies. The technician will also maintain and close work orders in the ticketing system. The technician receives oversight from the Field Tech Manager to ensure that policy, procedure and methodology are being followed.

This position is looking for a person with good desktop trouble shooting skills and great customer service.  Any AV integration experience is a plus for candidates. They will be assisting the regular field tech with project and problem tickets once every few weeks.
