Job Description

• This organization is starting a project to implement a Hospital at Home program. They will be implementing it at 3 hospitals and will be starting with a small patient population and a limited scope for their first go live.
• Looking for a Sr Epic Applications Analyst with ClinDoc certification and build experience on a “Hospital at Home” project.

• Epic Analyst – build experience
• Experience doing build for a Hospital At Home program
• Several workflows / integration points – could be a ClinDoc Analyst
• Experience leading / advising a Hospital at Home program a plus, not required.
