Job Description
- The senior-level expert in hospital imaging systems is needed to architect and lead the technology strategy for migrating our radiology/imaging ecosystem.
- The role focuses on planning and governance across two phases: a defined transition period operating across our organization and the final cutover.
- The leader will provide expertise into informing the design of the coexistence strategy, target-state architecture, migration roadmap, risk controls, and decision frameworks that ensure uninterrupted clinical care, secure access to priors, compliant data sharing, and a clean exit from legacy dependencies.
- Advise on imaging system architecture requirements, options, outlining pros, cons and constraints for transition state and final state
- Define transitional operating model that safely bridges the systems (access, workflow, security, and governance)
- Establish target-state imaging architecture and migration pathway for future state, aligned to the client’s clinical services model, standards and priorities
- Plan phased implementation and cutover with readiness criteria, risk mitigations, and rollback options that protect patient safety and data integrity
