Job Description
The Senior Procurement Analyst plays a critical role in supporting strategic sourcing and procurement operations. This position is responsible for analyzing procurement data, identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving supplier performance, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies. The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and the ability to drive efficiencies across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze historical procurement data and market trends to identify cost-reduction opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, legal, IT) to support sourcing decisions and contract negotiations.
- Develop and maintain procurement dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Support contract lifecycle management, including reviewing, drafting, and monitoring agreements.
- Provide mentoring or guidance to junior procurement analysts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong understanding of procurement processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- Experience in contract negotiation or legal review processes.
