Job Description
Talent Groups is supporting a technology-driven organization seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of customer-facing digital transaction and engagement experiences. This role plays a critical part in how users explore, select, and complete purchases or reservations across multiple digital touchpoints.
The ideal candidate will bring a strong balance of strategic thinking, execution discipline, and customer-centric design—driving measurable improvements in usability, conversion, and revenue while navigating a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Define and manage the product vision, roadmap, and delivery lifecycle for digital transaction and engagement workflows
- Lead optimization efforts focused on funnel performance, conversion efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Partner closely with engineering, design, analytics, operations, and business leaders to align priorities and execution
- Break down complex business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and success metrics
- Ensure cohesive, high-quality user experiences across web and mobile platforms
- Use data analysis, customer insights, and experimentation to identify friction points and improvement opportunities
- Guide cross-functional teams through discovery, development, release, and continuous iteration
- Maintain alignment between digital platforms and downstream operational or fulfillment systems
- Balance near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and experience consistency
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management within digital, ecommerce, or platform-driven environments
- Demonstrated success delivering customer-facing features across both web and mobile applications
- Experience working with transactional, reservation, or commerce-related systems
- Strong background in conversion optimization, funnel analysis, and experience improvement initiatives
- Proven ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and competing priorities
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders
- Highly organized, outcome-focused, and comfortable operating in fast-paced environments
- Preferred Background
- Experience supporting industries with complex booking, purchasing, or scheduling workflows
- Familiarity with high-volume consumer platforms or multi-channel digital ecosystems
- Exposure to hospitality, entertainment, events, or consumer services environments (preferred, not required)
Onsite Requirement
This position requires regular onsite collaboration. Candidates must be located in—or willing to work from—the Las Vegas area.
