Job Description
- The Senior Project Manager leads large, complex initiatives and partners closely with executives, stakeholders, and cross functional project teams.
- This role requires advanced planning capabilities, strong leadership, strategic thinking, and mastery of project management tools.
- The Senior PM ensures high quality delivery while driving organizational change, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
- Candidate must be able to step into active leadership supporting Epic revenue-cycle applications and hospital billing workflows during multiple high-intensity go-live waves.
Project & Program Management
- Lead project start up and planning activities for small and large scale initiatives (Intermediate).
- Define and manage comprehensive schedules, budgets, and resource allocations (Intermediate).
- Proactively identify and manage scope, risks, issues, and quality throughout all project phases (Intermediate).
- Evaluate project performance and lead lessons learned sessions (Intermediate).
