The client is seeking an experienced ServiceNow SecOps Developer with 8–10 years of experience in a production environment to support a federal project. This role involves designing, developing, and optimizing ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) solutions, including integrations, dashboards, and process automation, while mentoring client teams and ensuring adherence to best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow SecOps solutions, including ITSM, ITOM, GRC, and OMT modules.
• Support federal project initiatives through ServiceNow platform development, configuration, and administration.
• Design and implement dashboards, monitoring tools, and process flows.
• Build and manage system integrations and API development.
• Participate in data conversion, migration, and ongoing data maintenance.
• Produce and contribute to project deliverables, documentation, and reports.
• Provide best practice recommendations and identify innovative, out-of-the-box solutions.
• Mentor and provide knowledge transfer to client project team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Offer both thought leadership and hands-on technical expertise throughout the project lifecycle.
