Job Description
This role reports to Senior Manager in the Global Growth Office organization

  • No direct reports but requires cross-functional collaboration.
  • Key interfaces: Product Owner, Functional Engineers, Business Customers, UI/UX designers, DevOps engineers, Data & Analytics teams, Solution Architects.
Key Accountabilities:
  • Design and configure SharePoint Online sites tailored to business workflows and needs.
  • The candidate must demonstrate a high level of creativity and consistently prioritize user experience, ensuring that all solutions are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.
  • Develop structured document libraries, lists, metadata tagging, and site navigation, ensuring compliance with the client’s content governance standards.
  • Leading the development of PowerBI dashboards that include analytics and trends
  • Create custom web components leveraging SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for advanced development.
  • Implement PowerApps applications and Power Automate workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce manual processes.
  • Optimize workflows with automation, ensuring usability and scalability.
  • Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and external applications for seamless collaboration.
  • Work with UI/UX designers to ensure accessible, intuitive SharePoint interfaces.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable SharePoint solutions.
  • Provide technical documentation, user training, and ongoing support to drive adoption and maintainability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint-related issues, optimizing performance.
Key Qualifications and Experiences:
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, SPFx, PowerApps, Power BI and Power Automate.
  • Strong skills in JavaScript, Web API, SQL, HTML, and CSS for development.
  • Experience in SharePoint newsletters, surveys, web-parts, governance, permissions, and security compliance.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders, translate technical solutions for diverse audiences, and drive efficiency.
  • Ability to implement automation workflows with Power Automate.
  • Familiarity with Agile & Waterfall development models.
  • Expertise in troubleshooting SharePoint environments for performance and usability
  • The candidate must demonstrate a high level of creativity and consistently prioritize user experience, ensuring that all solutions are intuitive, engaging, and aligned with user needs.
Good-to-Have:
  • Understanding of SEO principles, data migration strategies, document structuring, and metadata management.
  • Experience in CPG-specific workflows or enterprise environments.
