Software Development Manager
EdgeLink is actively seeking a Software Engineering Manager for our client in Golden, CO. Our client is local but now has an international presence. They have an award winning suite of consumer and commercial applications that are defining their industry. They are experiencing significant growth and are building out a new agile development team. They have a culture of collaboration and innovation and are looking for a leader can grow and mentor the team.
What you will be doing:
- You will have the opportunity to lead an agile development team that is responsible for building security technology on mobile devices and web applications.
- You will be working for a $2B company AND will have the chance to directly lead a team of 5-6 developers out of their Software R&D l;ab in Golden.
- You will be working in ground-breaking security technology in a hands-on management role
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science. Masters preferred.
- 10 + years software architecture design & implementation- Microsoft focused
- 2+ leading technical teams (hiring, performance management, developing people)
- Agile/Scrum- ability to deliver high quality software on time
- Extremely strong leadership & technical knowledge in a multi-disciplined environment
- Web application experience (REST web services)
- C#, ..NET, API
- Experience leading enterprise level Cloud base products (Azure or AWS)
- Experience with native mobile applications a huge a plus! (Android / iOS, Swift, Kotlin)
