Job Description

They are currently seeking a Software Engineer to join their growing team.

Position Overview

  • The Software Engineer will be responsible for delivering high-quality technology solutions in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
  • This role requires strong technical expertise, initiative, and the ability to collaborate within an agile team structure.
  • The ideal candidate is comfortable working on complex systems, continuously learning new technologies, and contributing to both product development and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
  • Review, modify, develop, and implement software applications, including complex systems
  • Enhance and maintain existing programs by identifying areas for improvement
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects
  • Design, code, and debug applications across multiple technologies
  • Ensure code quality and alignment with established product standards
  • Actively participate in the full software release lifecycle
  • Support internal teams and assist with technical issue resolution as needed
  • Maintain thorough and accurate technical documentation
  • Contribute to both automated and manual testing efforts, including writing and executing test plans
  • Identify opportunities to improve quality, scalability, and development efficiency
  • Collaborate as an engaged member of an Agile development team
  • Participate in a scheduled after-hours support rotation for critical system escalations

  • Demonstrated ability to write, test, and maintain high-quality software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Solid understanding of software engineering best practices, including:
    • Coding standards
    • Code reviews
    • Source control management
    • Build processes
    • Testing and deployment methodologies
  • Experience working within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, or Lean)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to estimate, plan, and execute against project timelines
  • Commitment to continuous learning in an evolving technical landscape
Education & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
OR
  • Equivalent professional experience
  • Additional Requirements
  • Ability to pass STRICT background checks and drug screenings as required
  • Compliance with company policies and applicable contractual requirements
