Healthcare company based in Los Angeles is looking for a Sr Business Analyst.
This is a direct hire position only and candidate must be based in LA area to be able to come to HQ when needed. Position is 90% remote.

- Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business analysis, preferably in a technology-driven environment.

- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQL, Tableau/Power BI, and data modeling. Good SQL skills are a must.
- Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), and enterprise systems.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills
- Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Experience conducting gap analyses, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments.

- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, product managers, and executives.
- Skilled in gathering and prioritizing requirements from diverse stakeholders.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
