Job Description
The position is responsible for working with end users across the office to understand their technology needs to improve
their business processes and help them become more efficient.
Examples of work in this position include, but are not limited to the following:
- Business needs requirements gathering.
- Aligning staff with available technology tools to meet their needs.
- Workflow development for the use of technology and staff business needs.
- Conducting staff training on the various technology tools that are available to them.
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft 365 products and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to convey technical processes into business practices’
- Experience with gathering business requirements
- Experience with Smartsheet
- End user assistance with various software
- Microsoft 365 applications Advanced (Skill level: Advanced)
- Business requirements gathering (Skill level: Intermediate)
- Smartsheet (Skill level: Beginner)
