Job Description

• The NA Dispenser Team has a critical focus on dispenser development to deliver hygiene solutions into workplaces.
• We are currently seeking a professional Program Manager to provide focused program management for critical dispenser projects.
• The successful applicant will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of project(s) to ensure they are completed on-time and within budget.
• They will have overall responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, any internal or external partners, and project deliverables.
• In addition, the successful candidate will monitor project milestones and generate periodic status reports.

• Integrated timeline development and management
• Team member deliverable and accountability tracking
• Key Decision timing and log maintenance
• Cross-function stakeholder and decision maker alignment
• Minimum of on-site team connections 2 days/week (Tuesday/Wednesday)

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field (familiarity with injection molding, plastic product manufacturing)
• Project Management Certification
• 5+ years of project management experience
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and/or SmartSheet project management software
