Description:

• Lead and manage a team of testers located both onshore and offshore, ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using Selenium with C#.
• Establish and monitor testing standards, best practices, and processes for the team.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data to support comprehensive testing coverage.
• Oversee the execution of automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects.
• Mentor and guide team members in technical and professional development.
• Coordinate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to align testing activities with project timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and resolve any issues related to workload distribution across the onshore/offshore model.
• Track and report on test progress, quality metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the testing team.
