Job Description
Seeking a Sr VP, Infrastructure to rebuild and modernize technology for a healthcare organization. The Sr VP will lead a team of about 80-100 people in several technical areas including Networking, Telephony, Cloud, Servers, and more.

Responsibilities

• Looking for a strong leader who has led infrastructure teams.
• Should have experience with Cloud (AWS), Network, Telephony, Databricks, Windows/some Linux. May also oversee Identify Management and SaaS applications.
• Must have strategic ability to build a roadmap (ie Upgrade systems, upskill, patch servers, etc.)
• Must have very strong abilities and proven experience in executing.
• This person will assess the legacy technology and environment, build a go-forward plan to create a scalable environment, and determine a plan to architect / engineer it.
• Ability to assess skills of current team members and create a plan to fill in gaps and upskill.
• This person needs to be able to speak to technologists and also be able to talk and present to execs. Must have executive presence.
• Healthcare experience a plus.
• Sample initiatives this person will work on: build a scalable and up to date network environment, stabilize and modernize telephony infrastructure, execute on changes identified by Security teams to secure the environment.
