Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:

  • Integration Management : Maintain and monitor daily performance of Workday integrations, including EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and API integrations across internal and third-party systems.
  • Troubleshooting & Support : Investigate integration failures, identify root causes, and implement resolution steps efficiently to minimize business disruption. Own and manage support tickets end-to-end.
  • Operational Continuity : Serve as the primary point of contact for integration-related issues during the backfill period. Ensure integration schedules, data flows, and file deliveries occur without delays.
  • New/Change Requests : Collaborate with functional and technical teams to implement new integrations, enhancements and updates within existing integrations.
  • Stakeholder Engagement : Partner cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to support seamless data integration and compliance.
  • Documentation & Knowledge Transfer : Maintain technical and functional documentation, including integration specs, configuration logs, and troubleshooting guides to support knowledge continuity and future transitions.
  • Compliance & Data Security : Ensure integrations adhere to organizational operational & security standards, audit requirements, and privacy regulations.
  • Release Management : Support regression testing and validation of integrations during Workday's semi-annual updates and system patches.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Five plus (5)+ years of hands-on experience in Workday integrations within mid-to-large enterprise environments.
  • Strong command of Workday EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, and Document Transformation.
  • Experience with XSLT, XML, SOAP/REST web services, JSON, SFTP, and data transformation tools.
  • Familiarity with data loads, file feeds, and secure transmission protocols.
  • Experience supporting Workday modules such as Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, and Compensation.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with proven ability to analyze technical and functional issues independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work autonomously and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Experience with Workday ERP implementations is a strong plus.
Required Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in lieu of degree.
