Job Description
This role serves as the Product Owner and SME for Workday Learning, leading implementation efforts to align with enterprise learning strategies and business needs. The individual will collaborate across HR, compliance, IT, and business teams to define the roadmap, oversee configuration, and ensure timely delivery with implementation partners. They will also support UAT, change management, and knowledge transfer to enable long-term sustainability and adoption.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday Learning during implementation, guiding design decisions and ensuring alignment with agreed enterprise learning strategies.
- Collaborate with human resource, compliance, IT, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize the Workday learning implementation roadmap.
- Oversee the configuration of key components such as courses, learning programs, campaigns, certifications, etc.
- Collaborate with Workday implementation partners and internal teams to ensure all the Deliverables are met in a timely delivery, issue resolution, and adherence to project milestones.
- Provide, facilitate support, and mentorship to ensure the internal Workday learning support team in IT and business are enabled for knowledge transfer and long-term sustainability.
- Support UAT planning and execution, ensuring stakeholder engagement and sign-off on key deliverables.
- Support change management efforts by contributing to training, communications, and adoption strategies.
