Meet our Q2 2026 Consultant of the Quarter, Keith Klebacha
Leading with Confidence During a Large-Scale Healthcare Cloud Transformation
We are proud to recognize Keith, IT Project Manager, as Talent Groups’ Consultant of the Quarter for his outstanding leadership, professionalism, and impact supporting a large-scale cloud transformation initiative for a leading integrated healthcare organization.
The client, a major regional health system operating multiple hospitals and hundreds of patient care locations, launched a multi-phase AWS modernization initiative designed to migrate thousands of systems and applications to the cloud while maintaining operational continuity across the enterprise.
The project itself was highly complex, involving large-scale coordination across infrastructure, application, operational, and healthcare technology teams under an accelerated timeline. The environment included AWS cloud services, Nutanix, Hyper-V, SaaS platforms, and physical infrastructure, requiring disciplined execution and strong communication management throughout the migration lifecycle.
Keith joined the engagement as an IT Project Manager supporting the Epic-focused portion of the AWS initiative, where he quickly became a trusted and highly valued member of the team. From the beginning, he demonstrated the ability to operate independently, proactively raise important questions, communicate updates clearly, and maintain strong visibility across stakeholders and leadership teams.
His impact was quickly recognized by client leadership. As Keith’s manager shared, “Keith was tossed right into the project and adapted quickly. He raises questions, provides updates, and is always professional. He is a superstar!” The feedback reflected what teams across the engagement consistently experienced firsthand: a dependable, proactive project leader who maintained momentum and accountability in a fast-moving healthcare IT environment.
Throughout the engagement, Keith helped support planning activities, migration readiness efforts, stakeholder communication, and coordination across multiple migration waves as the organization worked through a large-scale cloud transformation initiative involving thousands of virtual machines and hundreds of applications.
What stood out most was Keith’s ability to combine strong project management fundamentals with calm, steady execution in a fast-moving healthcare IT environment. His communication style, accountability, and attention to detail helped foster transparency and alignment across both technical and operational teams during a critical phase of the transformation.
The initiative ultimately achieved an exceptionally high migration success rate and helped establish a scalable foundation for the organization’s long-term cloud operations strategy.
Congratulations, Keith, on being named Talent Groups’ Consultant of the Quarter. We appreciate your hard work, dedication, and the exceptional experience you continue to deliver for both our clients and our team. Keith’s performance reflects the type of consultant Talent Groups strives to deliver to our clients every day: professionals who not only bring technical expertise, but who also lead with collaboration, accountability, and professionalism.
