National Volunteer Month 2026: How Our Team Gave Back

April gave us a lot to be proud of.

During National Volunteer Month, our teams across the country participated in our Volunteer Time Off (VTO) program, supporting local communities through hands-on service. These efforts reflect our ongoing commitment to community impact and the values that guide how we show up every day.

Putting Our Values Into Action

This month, our teams didn’t just talk about our values, they showed them.

In Boston, our team partnered with the Greater Boston Food Bank, sorting over 9,000 pounds of food and helping provide nearly 8,000 meals to families in need. It was a true example of teamwork, with individuals coming together to create a meaningful, measurable impact.

In Connecticut, one of our teammates stepped in to support a local family whose child is going through cancer treatment. By helping with repairs and cleaning, they gave that family more time and space to focus on what matters most. That kind of action reflects integrity and care, doing the right thing simply because it’s needed.

In Arizona and Illinois, our teams prepared meals and care packages for the unhoused. These moments, while often behind the scenes, are grounded in professionalism and respect for the communities we serve, meeting people where they are with dignity.

Across every effort, there is a common thread of trust. Trust in one another to show up. Trust in our teams to represent our company in the right way. And trust from the communities we support that we will follow through.

And ultimately, these actions reflect our commitment to excellence. Not just in the work we do for clients, but in how we show up as people.

More Than a Program

Volunteer Time Off is more than a benefit. It’s a reflection of our culture.

We often talk about delivering exceptional experiences. That doesn’t stop at our clients and consultants. It extends into our communities, into the moments where we can make a difference without being asked.
