Talent Groups’ CFO Natalie Valerioti Named to SIA’s 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing List 

Natalie Valerioti, CFO of Talent Groups, featured as an honoree for SIA’s Global Power 150 Women in Staffing.

Houston, TX – October 7, 2025 – Talent Groups is proud to announce that Chief Financial Officer Natalie Valerioti has been named to Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) 2025 Global Power 150 Women in Staffing list. This annual recognition honors women whose innovation, influence, and vision are transforming the workforce solutions industry.


Natalie’s contributions have been central to Talent Groups’ success and growth, particularly over the past 18 months. As CFO, she has played a critical role in guiding five acquisitions and ensuring seamless integration while keeping the business focused on operational excellence. Her impact extends beyond financial leadership, Natalie has helped unify teams, strengthen processes, and position Talent Groups for long-term, sustainable growth.
