Recruiter Tips & Tricks – Update Your LinkedIn Profile URL

Improve your LinkedIn profile’s visibility and show potential employers that you are knowledgeable and professional.

We recommend updating your autogenerated LinkedIn URL - remove extra numbers and characters. Go a step further and customize by adding your degree(s) and/or certification(s) after your name.

Placing a customized LinkedIn URL on your paper resume allows for potential employers and recruiters to have access to your work history, references, and other information that you might not be able to squeeze onto your paper resume. Think of it as your digital resume!
