2.  Describe the job: we help define the contract timeframe, rate, and other parameters.

3. List the job: within a couple of hours, your job will be in our system and sent out to our recruiters.

4.Submit candidates: within one to two days, we will send you our top candidates—prescreened and evaluated—for consideration.

5.Set up interviews: once you select the candidates you wish to speak with, we will set up onsite or video interviews.

6.Interview candidates: you interview the candidates and provide feedback to us; we repeat the process, if necessary, with new candidates.

7. Select a candidate: we work with you and the new consultant to nail down details, such as start date.

8.Onboarding: we handle all the administrative set-up tasks, including all necessary vetting.
