In Q4 of 2012, EdgeLink surveyed a number of clients, contractors and candidates through the Net Promoter Survey program administered by Inavero. Much like the results in early 2012, EdgeLink performed exceptionally well in a number of categories. These initial results are metrics that will be used when the final tallies are in, comparing all numbers across the board with the rest of the participating staffing firms.
Early Net Promoter Survey® Results

The results provide important insight into EdgeLink and some of the key areas that we have outperformed against the market. In conjunction with a recent article, we wanted to share one of the metrics:
Overall Candidate Experience: In a recent article (Embracing Candidates), we spoke about the value of relationships with candidates that engage in our process, but are not placed by EdgeLink. This portion of the candidate market and the impact of a positive impression left with these individuals is an integral part of the candidate strategy that EdgeLink employs company-wide.
Key Takeaway: EdgeLink was given a Promoter Rating (9 or 10) from nearly 65% of the respondents that completed the survey, compared to an average of 48% for the rest of the market. Additionally, 68% of all candidate respondents ranked EdgeLink as a 9 or 10 on a scale of 0-10 as to how likely they would be to refer a friend or colleague to our services based on their overall experience. Our average score among all respondents was 8.6 on the same scale.
The early indications point to a few areas where EdgeLink stands out and outperforms the market. The final Net Promoter Survey and Best in Staffing results are due to be published early this year.
