Epic EHR Implementation and Upgrade – Clinical and Revenue Cycle Applications

Our client is an academic community healthcare system providing a broad range of services, including primary care, specialty care, and mental health and substance use treatment.

CHALLENGE

The client was preparing to roll out Epic EHR across a network of three medical campuses and needed to rapidly scale its team with experienced, Epic-certified professionals to meet an aggressive implementation timeline.

APPROACH

The client selected Talent Groups as its primary partner to support the Epic implementation, including system build, configuration, and end-user training across both clinical and revenue cycle functions.


Talent Groups worked closely with leadership in a consultative capacity to understand technical requirements, organizational culture, and team dynamics. Leveraging our nationwide Epic recruiting strategy, we sourced, vetted, and delivered highly qualified candidates aligned to the client’s environment and needs.


To ensure a seamless experience, our team provided fast turnaround on candidate searches, maintained a strong on-site presence through regular client visits, and partnered closely with hiring managers to anticipate and support evolving staffing requirements.

IMPACT

Talent Groups recruited and deployed more than 65 Epic-certified consultants, including analysts, trainers, report writers, developers, and project managers, to support both implementation and post–go-live operations.


As a result, the client successfully completed its Epic EHR rollout within 24 months and recognized Talent Groups as a critical partner in meeting project deadlines. The organization continues to engage Talent Groups for ongoing Epic support and additional initiatives across its healthcare environment.
