CHALLENGE

The client was preparing to roll out Epic EHR across a network of three medical campuses and needed to rapidly scale its team with experienced, Epic-certified professionals to meet an aggressive implementation timeline.

APPROACH

The client selected Talent Groups as its primary partner to support the Epic implementation, including system build, configuration, and end-user training across both clinical and revenue cycle functions.

IMPACT

As a result, the client successfully completed its Epic EHR rollout within 24 months and recognized Talent Groups as a critical partner in meeting project deadlines.
