Our client is a comprehensive healthcare network which offers the full continuum of care with seven acute-care hospitals, air-ambulance service, behavioral health and rehabilitation services, a large physician group and clinical integration organization, skilled-nursing and home health services, and services for seniors.

CHALLENGE

The client needed a cost-effective primary partner to support recruiting efforts for a major infrastructure initiative. Facing aggressive timelines and strict budget constraints, they required a trusted agency to define and execute a recruiting strategy capable of rebuilding a high-impact team of critical resources.
